My work in data analysis and music publishing at major companies like eOne, EMPIRE and Kobalt have equipped me with unparalleled expertise in music business operations + technology. As the founder of ENCORE Music Tech Solutions and Fresh 'n Sassy Productions LLC, I have established myself as a trailblazer in creating safe spaces and initiatives for women of color in the industry. My research study on intersectionality in the music business, 'A Seat at the Table,' has provided the industry with much-needed data-driven analysis, and my extensive network and social activism demonstrate my commitment to creating equitable opportunities for BIPOC in the music industry.
